Our parishes share a rich history between them. The foundation of this history are the students who gained their fundamental education with OMOS and HC and went on to the challenges of life.
Help us to construct and update our records so that we can maintain two-way links to our Grads and between themselves as well! Immediately below on this page you will find a fill in the blanks form to gather some basic info from you as one of our grads! We will add this info to our Alumni records and it will allow us to have a link between our grads and among themselves. These instructions are simple and, if there are any lingering concerns, please contact the Parish Offices for assistance!
To complete the form:
Simply go line by line and fill in the blocks. They are all “required” so you need to put SOMETHING in the block. If you prefer not to fill in a block or blocks (or don’t have the data to enter) simply type in “N/A” and the check will be satisfied. If you forget to do a block, the system will take you right to that block and you will have an opportunity to fix it.
When done, click on the Bot check and when that check is done click on the button that asks you to send in your form (“Click to enroll….“). As soon as the form is successfully sent and received (a couple of seconds), you’ll get a little “SUCCESS!” message:
You have been added to the Long List of Alumni from Holy Cross and Our Mother of Sorrows Schools! Thank you for adding yourself to our records!
and you are all set!
Your updates will be added to our Alumni lists (MOS and HC).
